Click on **Settings** in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.   2. Your publication settings will open. If you have access to multiple publications, select the one you want to edit from the dropdown in the top left corner. Scroll down the left panel and click **Domains**.    3. Navigate to the **Email username** section, and click on the **3 dots menu**. Choose a clear, recognizable name that aligns with your brand or tone. Here are some email user name examples: - hello@yourdomain.com - info@yourdomain.com - yourname@yourdomain.com   5.
