From checking order statuses to resending purchase emails, you can handle most order-related tasks without leaving your account. This article covers where to find your orders, what each order status means, how to manage orders as a seller, and how customers access their purchases. If you are looking to issue [refunds, cancel orders, or reschedule coaching sessions, refer to this guide.](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/38052008886935)  --- ## Where to find your orders When someone purchases a digital product from your site, the workspace owner automatically receives an order confirmation email with a link to view the order details. > **Note** > > This email confirmation is for verification purposes and can’t be disabled. Click **View Order Details** in the email to open the order in your beehiiv account. ![](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/36349624621847) ### Products order details  Clicking the button in an order confirmation email opens the [**Orders page**](https://app.beehiiv.com/monetize/products/orders) in your beehiiv account (when logged in).  You can also view the status of your orders at any time by going to **Monetize > Products >** [**Orders**](https://app.beehiiv.com/monetize/products/orders)**.**  ![](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/36349639282327) The Orders page lists all digital product purchases in one place. **Each order includes:** - **Order:** The unique order number for the purchase. - **Date:** When the purchase was made. - **Customer:** The buyer’s email address. - **Items:** The quantity of items ordered (currently limited to 1 per order). - **Amount:** Total purchase price. - **Payment Status:** Paid, Refunded, Partially refunded, or Free. - **Status:** Active or Canceled. - **Redemption Status:** Pending (not redeemed) or Redeemed. - **Name:** The name of the purchased product You can also further drill into the order details by: - Filtering orders by **Pending** or **Redeemed.** - Sorting by **Newest**, **Oldest**, or **Product type.** --- ## Managing your orders You can manage orders directly from the [**Orders page**](https://app.beehiiv.com/monetize/products/orders) or from an individual [subscriber’s profile](https://app.beehiiv.com/subscribers). ![](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/36349639285143) Each order includes additional actions accessible through the **3 dots menu** on the right (you may need to scroll horizontally). **Product order actions include:** - **View invoice:** Opens the purchase invoice. - **Stripe dashboard:** Opens the transaction directly in your Stripe account. - **Refund:** Starts the refund process. - **Cancel:** Revokes access to the product for unredeemed orders. Available actions will update automatically based on the order’s current status. > **Tech Note** > > View invoice and Stripe dashboard actions are only available for paid product orders. Free product orders do not have an associated payment record or Stripe transaction. --- ### Viewing orders from a subscriber profile To see order details from a [subscriber’s profile](https://www.beehiiv.com/support/article/25257855415191-key-features-of-the-subscriber-profile-dashboard). 1. From the left panel, go to **Audience >** [**Subscribers**](https://app.beehiiv.com/subscribers). 2. Click a **subscriber’s name** to open their profile.  3. From here, you’ll see the same order details and action options available on the Orders page. You may need to scroll to the right to access the **3 dots menu** where you can view the invoice or go to your Stripe dashboard.  ![](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/36350606967959) --- ### How to resend the purchase email If a buyer can’t locate their purchase email, you can simply click **Resend** next to the order to send it again. ![](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/36349624629783) > **Tech Note** > > Once an order shows as **Redeemed**, the purchase link can’t be resent. However, buyers can still access their products anytime from their [subscriber center](https://www.beehiiv.com/support/article/23235404312727-how-subscribers-can-manage-their-subscriptions) under **Manage profile**. --- ## How customers redeem digital products The buyer experience will be slightly different based on the type of product purchased. [For free digital products](http://beehiiv.com/support/article/39024852575767-using-free-digital-products-as-lead-magnets), the redemption experience differs based on whether the visitor is a new subscriber or an existing logged-in subscriber. ### Downloadable products or links Customers receive access in multiple ways: **Instant access modal**: Upon purchase, buyers will be provided with a modal where they can access their digital product immediately.  ![](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/38053041669527) **Email** **with link**: Buyers are also sent an email with a link to their [subscriber center](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/23235404312727), where they can access their purchases at any time by clicking on **Redeem your purchase**.  ![](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/38053041672855) > **Tech Note** > > If double opt-in is enabled for the publication, product access emails are still sent separately and regardless of opt-in status. ### Coaching/1:1 sessions Access to coaching/1:1 sessions depends on your calendar setup: **Cal.com integration**: If you are using the cal.com native integration, buyers schedule during checkout and receive a confirmation email with a link to manage their booking. ![](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/38053041674391) **Email confirmation**: Buyers will be sent an email confirming their booking, with a link to view and modify their booking in their subscriber center.  ![](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/38053041677847) **Third-party calendar links (e.g., Calendly):** Immediately upon purchase, buyers receive a modal with a link to schedule/redeem their session. ![](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/38053026389143) **Email with link**: Buyers may also be sent an email with a link to redeem and schedule their session; where they click on **Book Now** to schedule their booking.  ![](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/38053041683863) > **Tech Note** > > When using third-party calendar tools, scheduling changes are handled within that platform. --- ## How customers access their orders Buyers can access all orders through their subscriber center. After clicking the link in their purchase email, they can scroll to **Order history** to view details.
