If you are a [**team member**](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/9362967481367) of another publication, your profile settings will also appear there when your name is selected as an author. - If you are a [**guest author**](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/14492992641303) on a publication, your profile information won’t be automatically linked. These icons enable your readers to share your entire newsletter on social media platforms like Facebook or X (formerly Twitter). - The [**social links**](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12244849554071) you add to your profile are specifically for your personal author bio, not for your publication. - Your **profile image** is not the same as your [**publication logo**](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12258677912983) in beehiiv.  --- ## How to update your beehiiv profile  1. Log into your account and click on your profile in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
