Ways to contact beehiiv support

As a beehiiv customer on a paid plan (Scale, Max, or Enterprise), you can submit a support ticket directly from your account. Customers on a free trial of Scale or Max can also submit tickets during their trial period. Once a trial ends, ticket access requires a paid plan. Phone support and a direct email address for support are not currently available. Submitting a ticket through your account is the fastest way to reach our support team.

For guided support at any hour, use our chatbot, Buzz, available in your account and here in the Knowledge Base (KB) day or night. Customers on the Launch plan outside of a trial should use Buzz as their primary support path. For questions specific to your account, or to receive a response as quickly as possible based on your plan, submit a ticket through the Help page in your account.


How to submit a support ticket from your account

  1. After logging into your account, navigate to the top bar and click Help. This will open a page with various support options. Under Support Squad, click the black Create Ticket button.

    Reminder: Response times for support tickets vary based on your plan.
  2. A form will pop up for you to submit your support ticket. First, select a Reason for reaching out from the dropdown options. Next, enter in a Subject and a Description, they are both required.

  3. Add any attachments of screenshots or screen recordings that are relevant to the issue by clicking on Select File.
     
  4. Set the priority of the request, Normal or High.
     
  5. Click on Create support ticket to submit your request. Shortly after, you’ll receive a confirmation email to your beehiiv account address.

From your beehiiv account

Once logged into your account, go to the top bar and click on Help. Under AI-Assistant, click Open Chat to access Buzz.

Can’t access your account? 

If you're having trouble accessing your beehiiv account due to a password issue, click on the Forgot your password? link below the 'Sign In' area on the login page. You'll need to provide your account's verified email address in order to receive a password reset email. 

If you're seeing an error message, experiencing a login loop, unable to complete SMS verification during sign-up, or are otherwise locked out of your account, you can click here to access our chatbot from anywhere without needing to log in. Provide your beehiiv account email address, and Buzz will guide you through completing the support ticket form virtually.

Additionally, if you don’t have access to your beehiiv account email, you can still reach out to our chatbot by providing an alternative email address where we can contact you.
