How to create a segment of all the people who unsubscribed

To find everyone in your list who has Unsubscribed, you can use the following conditions in the segment builder:

(Attribute) Status → is → Inactive

1. From the left panel Dashboard, go to Audience > Segmentation.
   
   
2. Click on Create Segment.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Give the segment a Name (required), then select Dynamic as the Segment Type.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Add condition or group, then select Attribute.
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. Click on Status.
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. For "is" click on Select Status.
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. Select on Inactive.
   
   
   
   
   
   
8. Click on Create Segment
