When a dedicated IP address is needed for beehiiv

For users on our Enterprise plan with a monthly mail volume exceeding 100K, we recommend utilizing a dedicated IP address, particularly if your regular mail volume surpasses 150K. Our smaller senders (<100K) typically use a shared IP pool which allows senders to build and rely on a pooled reputation. 

In the case of larger senders, it is often better to take complete control over your own sending reputation. A dedicated IP allows you to build and maintain a reputation without the influence or impact of anyone else. 

To add a dedicated IP address to your account, please contact our Support team for assistance. Note that there is an additional cost to add a dedicated IP. Warming up the IP is required, and our Support team will provide you with a schedule for this.
