Start using your partner link
By default, your partner link will look similar to this example: https://www.beehiiv.com?via=tyler.
You can use your partner link with any pages found on beehiiv marketing sites including:
Should you want to send your referrals to a particular page on a beehiiv site, you can simply add your partner extension to the end of the page URL (that’s the ? and beyond, ?via=tyler).

Create more partner links
You can create additional partner links for different channels or campaigns. To do this, click on the Links tab in your Partner dashboard. Then, click on New Link — a new link will be automatically generated and added to your list, with options to Edit or Copy it.
Link rules to keep in mind:
- You can create multiple partner links, but only one can be your default link at a time.
- If you change your default link, the old default link will no longer work. Be sure to update it anywhere it was previously used (e.g., blog posts, articles, social media).
- To set a link as your default, click the 3 dots icon next to the link and select Set as default.
- To edit a partner link, click Edit Link, make your changes, and click Update.
- New links are automatically saved and cannot be deleted at this time.
Monitor your referral action
Once referrals start coming in through your partner links, you can view performance stats at a glance from the top of your PP dashboard.
- Current Tier: Your rewards tier. You can find full details under the Tiers tab.
- Visitors: Unique traffic sent to beehiiv via your partner link.
- Leads: The number of users who signed up for beehiiv using your partner link.
- Conversions: The number of leads who became paying customers after their 30-day trial.
- Paid Commissions: Your total commissions, along with pending and due payments.
Use Lead Vision
To dive deeper into your referral leads, click on the Vision tab to access your Lead Vision dashboard.
Your Lead Vision view displays a real-time list of your referred leads, with the most recent at the top. Use it to monitor where each lead is in the funnel and identify when to engage.

Check the Leaderboard
Click on the Leaderboard tab in your Partner dashboard to see how your performance compares to other beehiiv partners.
Don’t forget to include a partner disclosure
As a member of the beehiiv Partner Program, the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) requires you to disclose your use of partner links to your audience.
You can do this in one of two ways:
- Add a short disclosure message directly to any page where your partner link appears.
- Link to a dedicated disclosure page that explains your use of affiliate/partner links.
