The timezone displayed in-app

The in-app timezone is determined by your browser's settings and cannot be changed directly in beehiiv.

For example, if your browser's timezone is set to Eastern Time, all times displayed within the beehiiv application will reflect Eastern Time. To change the timezone displayed in beehiiv, update your browser's timezone settings.

How to adjust a post's timezone

The timezone governing your posts is determined by your publication’s settings.

1. Log into your beehiiv publication and navigate to Settings > General Info.
2. Scroll down to the Default Timezone section.
3. Click the dropdown arrow to select a new timezone. Changes are automatically saved.
   
   
   
   
   
   When scheduling a post, the selected timezone will also be displayed at the bottom of the scheduling modal for your reference.
